The treatment done

The treatments will focus exclusively on navigation data, on the verification of the correct functioning of the site and on security, not for purposes of identification or profiling visitors. In any case there aren’t systems of tracking visitors.

The data provided voluntarily by visitors with an e-mail, will be treated in compliance with and for the stated purposes.

The data are kept, for the time required to achieve the purpose of the collection, in the office of the hosting service provider, where they are recorded and stored, and they are processed at the headquarters of the owner with electronic instruments exclusively by named people. Occasionally they can be handled by technicals for the maintenance of the site.

No data derived from the consultation of our site is communicated or spread.

Cookies

They can be divided into browsing or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing for example: to make a purchase online or authenticate yourself to access on a restricted area); analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies if used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate way, about the number of users and how they visit the site; cookie of functionality, which allow the user to browse in function of a set of selected criteria (for example: the language, the products selected for the purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.

b. Profiling cookie

Profiling cookies are aimed at creating user profiles and to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the same person surfing the net. Given the considerable invasiveness that such devices may have in the private sphere of the people, the European and Italian legislation requires the user to be properly informed on the use of them and express his valid consent (source: Privacy Guarantor).

The rights of persons
